Job summary

HELLA India Automotive Pvt Ltd. seeks an Industrial Technician IV to maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in Becharaji, Gujarat.

You will perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and ensure equipment reliability on site. The role requires a Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical with 1–2 years' experience and solid knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors, pneumatics, and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Utility systems and Automation & Control.
• Exposure to PLC, HMI and sensors, pneumatics.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and maintain maintenance documentation.
• Hands-on experience with tools & fixtures adjustment and sensor settings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Carry out routine maintenance and respond to equipment faults.
• Deal with emergencies and unplanned problems, perform repairs.
• Diagnose breakdown problems and test electrical systems with meters and test devices.

INDUSTRIAL TECHNICIAN IV

Location Becharaji - Gujarat, India

YOUR TASKS

• Carry out planned maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & Predictive maintenance
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repair
• Diagnose breakdown problems
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as multimeters & clamp meter

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma (Electrical / Electronics/Mechanical) with minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Basic Knowledge of Utility systems
• Basic knowledge of Automation & Control
• Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, and various types of sensors & Pneumatics
• Electrical schematics diagram understanding
• Hand on Experience in maintenance documentation
• Should have exposure to work for Tools & fixture adjustment, sensor's setting etc...
