Job summary

HELLA India Automotive Pvt Ltd. in Ahmedabad, Gujarat invites a Diploma holder to join as a maintenance technician. You will perform planned, preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and automation systems and respond to faults to minimize downtime.

You will diagnose breakdowns, test circuits with multimeters and clamp meters, work with PLCs, HMIs and sensors, and maintain accurate maintenance records in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment across Becharaji/ Gujarat operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Utility systems.
• Basic knowledge of Automation & Control.
• Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, sensors and pneumatics.
• Understanding of electrical schematics.
• Hands-on maintenance documentation experience.
• Exposure to tools, fixtures adjustment, and sensor settings.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance, preventive maintenance & predictive maintenance.
• Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
• Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems, and repair.
• Diagnose breakdown problems.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as multimeters and clamp meter.

YOUR TASKS

• Carry out planned maintenance, Preventive Maintenance & Predictive maintenance
