Job summary

• Study existing workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Design and implement better processes and methods
• Reduce waste, delays, and unnecessary costs
• Work on Automation, IOT implementation, Systems implementation.
• Conduct time studies to set standard times
• Analyze manpower utilization
• Improve productivity through better task allocation
• Analyze operational costs
• Suggest cost-saving measures
• Improve resource utilization (materials, machines, labor)
• Design plant/floor layouts for smooth material flow
• Optimize space utilization
• Ensure safe and ergonomic workstations
• Support quality improvement initiatives
• Implement SOPs and standards
• Ensure compliance with safety norms
• Prepare MIS reports and KPIs
• Track productivity, efficiency, and losses
• Use tools like Excel, ERP, or analytics software
