Job summary

Garware Technical Fibres in India is seeking an Industrial Engineer to conduct time and motion studies, improve productivity, and drive Lean initiatives. The role focuses on line balancing, capacity planning, and process optimization within the manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams, prepare SOPs and standard work, and monitor KPIs such as OEE and cycle times to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in applying time and motion study methods.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Kaizen, 5S and value stream mapping.
• Ability to analyze production losses and identify cost reduction opportunities.
