Job summary

You will conduct time studies, line balancing, layout optimization, and support NPI, automation, and digitalization initiatives. You will develop standard work, analyze KPIs, and guide cross-functional teams to higher yields and lower waste.

• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to improve line performance and yield.
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives aligned with smart manufacturing practices.
• Develop standard work instructions and process documentation for manufacturing operations.
• Train and guide engineering and production teams on best practices in industrial engineering.
