Job summary

Steel Strips Wheels is seeking a candidate for a comprehensive role managing process operations. The individual will lead the PED shop floor team, support production adherence, and troubleshoot process breakdowns efficiently.

The position emphasizes continuous improvement, documentation, and vendor management, requiring relevant skills in fabrication and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Overall Responsibility for Process Management & lead PED shop floor team.
• Support to production team to achieve schedule adherence.
• Troubleshooting of process related Break downs (jig, Fixtures, etc).
• Productivity & Cost Saving improvement implementation.
• CT Study & Capacity analysis.
• Process validation & documentation.
• Layout design & Execution.
• Change management & tryouts.
• Procurement of spares.
• Vendor Establishment & support.
• Customer & system Audit preparedness.
• Knowledge about Fabrication works (pallets, trolleys, etc).
