Job summary

Roots Group of Companies is seeking a project coordination professional to execute and coordinate daily project activities in a manufacturing environment. The role involves maintaining plans, trackers, and documentation, and preparing dashboards and management reports.

The candidate will support continuous improvement and digital transformation projects through testing, documentation, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely closure of actions and enhanced visibility.

• Work experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Continuous improvement / Industrial Engineering / Project management experience.

• Execute / Coordinate daily project and follow-up activities.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation.
• Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Support Continuous improvement / digital transformation projects through testing, documentation, and user coordination.
• Facilitate communication between Engineering, Purchase, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Service teams.
• Ensure timely closure of action items and improve project visibility.
