You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the industrial operations and driving strategic initiatives at the site, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as Production, Testing & Commissioning, Industrial Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain, while also managing operational performance and driving digitalization and automation initiatives.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and implementing site‑specific strategies for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and ensuring compliance with industrial standards, but also promoting a culture of safety and excellence within the organization.
