Alstom in Delhi seeks an Industrialization Engineer to drive maintenance activities at Badli Depot. You will assess preventive and overhaul work, ensure adherence to work instructions, and support design inputs for material handling and tooling.
You’ll work across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sourcing to optimize maintenance processes. The role requires a diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering, 5+ years in rolling stock maintenance, and fluency in English.

You’ll play a key role in supporting industrial activities as part of the DMRC L2 Project, ensuring the implementation and optimization of preventive and overhaul maintenance activities. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sourcing), support the design and maintenance of industrial equipment, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of assessing preventive and overhaul activities, as well as ensuring adherence to work instructions, but also support the creation of task lists, sequencing, and method execution.
