Alstom Savli site in Gujarat, India, is seeking a Site Industrial Director to lead industrial operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure safety and efficiency. You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the industrial operations and driving strategic initiatives at the site, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as Production, Testing & Commissioning, Industrial Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain, while also managing operational performance and driving digitalization and automation initiatives. You’ll specifically take care of developing and implementing site-specific strategies for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) and ensuring compliance with industrial standards, but also promoting a culture of safety and excellence within the organization.
