Become part of an ambitious, world-class team eager to create impact!## What You'll Do* Lead cash application processing for supported regions, including cash posting, lockbox/bank file review, remittance matching, unapplied cash clearing, and short-pay identification.* Supervise cash application queues, ensure SLA adherence, conduct quality checks, and manage aging of unapplied cash across Americas and APAC support.* Build standardized SOPs, controls, handoffs, and critical issue paths between India Cash Application, regional collections teams, billing, and AR Resolution.* Collaborate with Regional Managers on collections, allocations/cash application dependencies, and coordinate with the India Hub Manager for capacity planning.* Identify posting issues, remittance gaps, deduction indicators, and unresolved items requiring handoff to collections or AR Resolution teams.* Apply approved AI-enabled tools and workflow automation to identify unmatched receipts, duplicate payments, missing remittance, unapplied cash trends, and exception patterns.* Support automation of cash application dashboards, SLA reporting, queue prioritization, and quality checks while maintaining appropriate review controls.* Partner with the India Hub Manager and regional AR leaders to uncover automation opportunities that minimize manual matching, boost posting accuracy, and hasten unapplied cash resolution.## What We're Looking For* Experience in accounts receivable cash application, cash allocation, remittance processing, unapplied cash management, or order-to-cash shared services.* Strong understanding of AR subledger, payment matching, lockbox/bank files, customer remittance, deductions/short-pays, and reconciliation dependencies.* Proven experience leading daily workflow, training others, monitoring SLAs, and improving process quality in a shared-services or global delivery environment.* Outstanding ability to identify issues and develop solutions to improve cash application processes.* Ambitious approach with a focus on continuous improvement and automation.* Ability to collaborate effectively with regional managers and cross-functional teams.* Excellent communication and leadership skills.* Proficiency in using AI and automation tools for process improvement.* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.* A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.*This job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
