Tekskills Inc. is seeking an Incident Management professional with 2–5 years of experience to monitor and respond to security incidents from office in Navi Mumbai. You will classify incidents, triage alerts, perform initial assessments, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely remediation and reporting.

The role requires BE/BTech or higher in Cyber Security/CS/IT-related fields, with MCA/BCA/MTech/MSc/BSc also acceptable. Internationally recognized security certifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in a relevant engineering/computer science field.
• Additional certifications in cybersecurity are highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Round the clock threat monitoring & detection.
• Analysis of suspicious, malicious, and abnormal behavior.
• Alert triage, initial assessment, incident validation, severity & urgency.
• Prioritization of security alerts and creation of incidents per SOPs.
• Reporting & escalation to stakeholders.
• Post-incident analysis.
• Use of playbooks for consistent incident triage & recommendations.
• Develop & maintain incident management and incident response policies & procedures.
• Preservation of security alerts and incident artefacts for forensic purpose.
• Adherence to SLA and KPIs.
• Reduction in MTTD & MTTR.

d) Or equivalent degree in relevant discipline

II. MCA or BCA or M.Tech / M.Sc/ B.Sc in:

a) Computer Science

b) Information Technology

c) Electronic & Communications Engineering

Required Certification Mandatory (Any-one):-

Certified SOC Analyst (EC- Council), Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (EC- Council), Certified Ethical Hacker (EC-Council),

CompTIA Security+, CompTIA CySA+ (Cybersecurity Analyst), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or equivalent.

Product Certifications (Preferred): -

Product Certifications on SOC Security Tools such as

SIEM/Vulnerability Management/ DAM/UBA/ SOAR/NBA etc.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
