Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Information Security leader to manage SOC operations, vulnerability management and security testing. You will drive governance, compliance and incident response for enterprise systems.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in information security, with 5+ years in SOC/IR, and hands‑on experience in audits, vendor coordination and security programs within large organizations.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in information security with enterprise exposure.
• At least 5 years in SOC, incident response or security operations.
• Experience handling incidents, audits and compliance tasks.

Responsibilities

• SOC operations and security monitoring to detect and respond to threats.
• Vulnerability management and remediation coordination.
• Security testing and application security oversight.
• Ensure governance, policy compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead and mentor the security operations team.
