Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads for IT services & AI solutions
• Qualify leads and identify opportunities for AI/ML, automation, and data-driven solutions
• Conduct discovery calls to understand business problems & AI use cases
• Pitch AI-powered offerings (chatbots, automation, analytics, GenAI, RPA, etc.)
• Collaborate with pre-sales & AI/tech teams for solution design
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and SOWs for AI & IT services
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline in CRM
• Achieve revenue targets through inbound conversions
• Educate clients on AI adoption, benefits & ROI
