Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 58 years of experience in warehouse receiving, inbound logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Proven experience managing large operational teams, including 4 Division Heads and approximately 100 Associates.
• Strong knowledge of Goods Receipt Confirmation (GRC), inventory management, warehouse operations, and quality control processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/Warehouse Management Systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete receiving function, ensuring timely unloading, verification, inspection, and put-away of inbound materials.
• Manage and develop a team of 4 Division Heads and approximately 100 Associates, ensuring effective manpower utilization, performance management, and employee development.
• Oversee Goods Receipt Confirmation (GRC) processes, ensuring accurate and timely ERP/WMS transactions.
• Ensure all inbound shipments are verified against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Lead the Quality Control (QC) process for incoming materials, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Vendors, Transporters, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth inbound operations.
• Prepare and execute daily manpower planning, shift allocation, and workload balancing to maximize productivity.
• Monitor and improve receiving productivity, dock utilization, unloading efficiency, and turnaround time.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation and system updates.
• Investigate shortages, damages, excess receipts, and quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for receiving operations.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and present KPI performance to management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
