Careervalues Hr & Training is seeking a Banking Profile representative in Navi Mumbai to handle inbound customer calls, provide information on accounts and products, and deliver high-quality service. The role emphasizes meeting customer satisfaction standards and resolving complaints effectively.

Responsibilities include adhering to phone banking processes, cross-selling bank products, and meticulously logging interactions in CRM systems to ensure accurate records and follow-up actions.

Qualificações

• Handling of inbound calls from customers enquiring on account/product/process information.
• Service customers on banking related enquiries.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction Parameters and defined service standards.
• Satisfactorily resolve queries and complaints received from customers.

Responsabilidades

• Adherence to Phone Banking Process & Audit guidelines.
• Cross selling of bank products identified for cross-sell (Assets, TPP, Card products, Fixed Deposits, other liability products & other service related products).
• Complete and accurate maintenance of customer interactions in CRM system/other systems as defined from time to time.

• Service customers on their Banking related enquiries.
• To meet the Customer Satisfaction Parameters and meet the defined service standards.
• Satisfactorily resolve queries and complaints received from customers.
• Adherence to Phone Banking Process & Audit guidelines.
• Cross selling of the Banks products identified for cross-sell eg: Assets, TPP, Card products, Fixed Deposits, other Liability products & other service related products.
