Position Overview

As the Associate Director, ServiceNow Pre-Sales, you will play a pivotal leadership role in steering our pre-sales strategies, directing high-impact client engagements, and championing the technical sales process. Your expertise and leadership will be critical in reinforcing our market position and enhancing client satisfaction with ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Skills: Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams, with strong strategic and operational skills.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platforms, architecture, and various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM. Driving discovery workshops as needed.
• Communication: Superior communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing executive-level audiences.

Preferred skill sets

• Certifications: Professional ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous.
