We are looking for Test Lead to join GRC team. This role requires strong leadership skill and domain skill on IRM, Compliance Tools and Testing, Risk Events and Risk profile reporting.

Responsibilities

• Experience : 2-9 Years ( Minimum 4 years in ServiceNow Domain- especially in ServiceNow IRM and 2 years in leadership role)

• QA - STLC lifecycle and knowledge on anyone of the testing tool

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain test plans, test strategies and test data sets for various LODs (1LOD, 2LOD, 3LOD).
• Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defect fixes, and identify required test coverage.
• Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
• Recommend improvements to test strategy, automation coverage, and DevOps integration
• Promote and support implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipeline
