Job summary

PwC invites experienced professionals to join its GRC and Internal Audit services as a ServiceNow IRM QA Lead. You will lead QA activities in IRM, risk tooling and compliance testing, collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate user stories into robust test cases.

Required: 4–6 years in GRC, strong leadership, hands-on ServiceNow IRM with ATF/Jira/Azure DevOps, and familiarity with CI/CD. This role offers growth, mentoring and exposure to global financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in GRC domain with Risk Management, Compliance, and Risk Reporting.
• Hands-on ServiceNow IRM testing experience and knowledge of QA lifecycle.
• Experience with test automation tools and CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end test scenarios for GRC and IRM modules.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers and process leads to derive test cases from user stories.
