Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant for GRC/IRM to lead end-to-end development of IRM modules, including policy, risk, audit, and vendor risk management. You will design architecture, implement workflows, scripts, and interfaces, perform QA and UAT, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with business stakeholders under Agile practices.

Strong expertise in REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and GRC standards (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) is required; CIS/CAD

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Vendor Risk).

GRC/IRM Development:

• *Lead the end-to-end development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
• *Architecture and Design: Define the technical architecture and design elements for ServiceNow GRC solutions, including object models, access control models, and workflow diagrams.
• *Scripting and Customization: Develop and maintain complex scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer to create and automate GRC workflows.
• *User Interface: Create and enhance custom interfaces, including GRC-specific workspaces and Service Portals, to provide intuitive and user-friendly experiences for risk and compliance professionals.
• *Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough unit and integration testing, participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), and perform regular code reviews to ensure solution quality and adherence to best practices.
• *Guidance and Support: Provide technical guidance, training, and ongoing support for existing GRC solutions, troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring junior developers.
• *Business Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define and document user stories, and translate functional needs into technical solutions.

Required skills and qualifications

• *57 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Consultant.
• *Proven experience implementing solutions within the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or GRC module.
• *Expertise in ServiceNow platform development, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
• *In-depth knowledge of GRC processes and industry frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, or other relevant compliance standards.
• *Strong experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• *Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• *Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• *ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in GRC/IRM.
• *ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
