Job summary

Price Waterhouse Cooper LLP in Bangalore is seeking a Senior Associate for IRM Advisory with strong ServiceNow testing expertise. You will lead QA in GRC domain, drive end-to-end testing, and collaborate with product and business teams to ensure robust risk reporting and compliance tooling.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IRM/GRc, leadership experience, and familiarity with ATF, Jira, and automation frameworks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in GRC domain with Risk Management, Compliance, Risk Reporting.
• 4+ years in a leadership role managing a GRC program team.
• Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies; Jira/Azure DevOps integration.
• ADO + ServiceNow ATF is good to have.
• Selenium + Java and Playwright are good to have.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and execution of IRM, Compliance Tools, Risk events and reporting functional/regression testing.
• Translate user stories and acceptance criteria into test cases with stakeholders.
• Define end-to-end test scenarios for each Tower within GRC program.
• Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements across Product Dev and Business teams.
• Design and maintain test plans, strategies, and datasets for various LODs.
• Perform impact analysis for releases and defects, identifying required test coverage.
• Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT support during releases.
• Recommend improvements in automation coverage and CI/CD integration.
• Promote automated CI/CT/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct impact analysis for releases, upgrades, and defectfixes, and identify required test coverage.
• Provide test reporting, defect analysis, and UAT serviceduring releases.
• Recommend improvements eigrayment, automation coverage, and DevOps integration
• Promote and support implementation of automated CI/CT/CD pipeline
