Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is seeking a Senior Engineer/Assistant Manager to drive digitalisation on the shop floor. You will coordinate with floor teams to identify pain points, build data pipelines, and implement GEN-AI based solutions on manufacturing lines.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in manufacturing digitalisation, strong Python/Java skills, and experience with MES systems like MAP/NEXEED. Roles include collaboration in cross-functional teams on new digital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Postgraduate in Computer Engineering or ECE.
• Experience in manufacturing digitalisation on shop floor is required.
• Good coding skills in Python and Java; exposure to MES platforms is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with shop floor FLMs and team leads to identify pain points and develop digital solutions.
• Develop data pipelines from field elements to the analysis platform.
• Implement future-ready technologies like GEN-AI and AI agents on manufacturing lines.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for digital solutions on processes.
• Resolve MES technical issues on machines and support blue-collar enablement on digitalisation.

Job Description

Purpose of the Job : Implementation of Digitalisation projects on shop floor thereby supporting vision of 'Future Ready plant'

Key Areas of Responsibility :

• Coordination with shop floor FLM s & team leads to understand pain points & support for developing digital solutions where ever applicable
• Development of data pipe lines from field elements on machine upto analysis platform
• Effective implementation of future ready technologies like GEN-AI,AI Agents , BMG IP Suite on the mfg. lines
• Technical troubleshooting in digital solutions implemented in processes
• To facilitate resolution of MES technical issues on machines
• Completion of VM Essential digital tasks as applicable to area
• Support to ensure enablement in digitalisation for Blue collared associates

Experience :3-5 Years in digitalisation in manufacturing domain on shop floor

Desired competency and skills :

• Good coding skills in Python ,Java etc..Working experience on MAP platform, Azure data-bricks .
• Good understanding of NEXEED/PROMASTER MES user menus & data structure.
• Experience on devicebridge ,powerplatform .
• Ability to work on GEN-AI based tools , n8n/Co-pilot AI agents.
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and ability to work in CFT.
• Quick & passionate learner

Qualifications

Bachelor/post graduate of Computer Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or similar qualification
