Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd. is seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead installation planning, utilities management, and project execution across buildings and civil infrastructure.

You will optimize energy and water use, ensure compliance with laws, prepare budgets, and support procurement of FM services. A strong focus on health, safety, and housekeeping is required to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• BE(Mechanical/Electrical) with 10+ years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Facility Management: plan, coordinate, and supervise installations, utilities, HVAC, and waste management per safety norms.
• Review utilities consumption and inspect civil, electrical, and mechanical infrastructure to optimize repairs and costs.
• Analyze energy and water consumption to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive conservation programs.
• Plan and execute civil/infrastructure projects and coordinate approvals for construction.
• Ensure adherence to legal and statutory requirements for civil and utilities.
• Prepare and review budgets, identify capital purchases, and control costs.
• Assist procurement in contracting FM services and works per policy.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and conduct audits (5S, HSE).
• Maintain housekeeping on the shop floor and facilities.

Job Description

• Facility Management: Evaluate, plan and coordinate all installations ,telecommunications, power, compressed air, HVAC, water,captive power plant etc., operation, maintenance & refurbishment of installations, ensure effective waste management and recycling system inclduing disposal of industrial effluents and waste / treated water in accordance with industrial safety norms

• Review utilities consumption, inspect civil, electrical and mechanical infrastructure to determine need for repairs or renovations and strive to minimize costs

• Projects Energy/Water : Analyse energy and Water consumption, assess expenditure, identify areas of improvement and projects for cost saving, drive energy, Water conservation initiatives to ensure Year on Year reduction in cost & consumption of natural resources.

• Projects Civil, Infrastructure : Plan & Execute projects for Building construction/extension as per business requirement considering future expansions. Coordinate approvals ( Internal & External eg. DOF ) for the construction.

• Legal & Statutory Requirements : Coordinate & Ensure all leagl & statutory requirements ( Civil + Utilties ) are fulfilled as per timeline.

• Budget Preparation and Control: Cost calculations, Budget preparation & review, identify capital purchases, control revenue & capital budget,

• Assist the Procurement team in the procurement of facility management service contracts, consultancy support and work contracts in accordance with Bosch financial and procurement policies and procedures

• Ensure health and safety compliance, 5’s at workplace, compliance to C/AU audit points, HSE audits

• Housekeeping: Maintain best HK at Shop Floor, Toilets & Facilities.
