Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is seeking an experienced Asst./Deputy Manager Electronics for shift operation and maintenance of ABS/ESP production equipment in the Assembly and Deburring areas. The role focuses on improving OEE, preventive maintenance, and spare parts management.

The candidate should have 6 to 12 years of experience in electronics/mechatronics maintenance, with expertise in CNC/SPM machines, PLCs, and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Qualifications

• BE in Electronics/Mechatronics
• 6–12 years of maintenance experience
• Experience with CNC/SPM machines and PLCs
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, data analytics and digitization
• Ability to lead and collaborate within teams

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of ABS/ESP production equipment in Assembly/Deburring areas.
• Improve OEE by controlling technical downtime.
• Plan and support in technical competency development of subordinates.
• Preventive & predictive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Ensure spare-parts availability and cost reduction activities.
• Oversee CNC/SPM line installation and commissioning.
• Monitor energy consumption and drive cost reduction initiatives.

Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

Maintenance of ABS/ESP Production equipment's in Assembly/ Deburring area:

• Improve OEE level of the production equipment's by controlling technical downtime
• Plan & support in technical competency development of subordinates to match the requisite skill-sets for performing their current & proposed roles and responsibilities
• Preventive & predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, resource planning &adhere it
• Ensure spare-part availability for all production equipment's. M/C Spare part management
• Replenishment of spare-part stock, supplier development for alternate part, repairing, in-house repairing of critical spares
• To carry out spare-part & repair cost reduction activities
• CNC & SPM line installation and commissioning
• Obsolescence management for old machine spares
• Monitor and carryout cost reduction activities for Energy consumption
• Implement capacity improvement projects such as CT reduction, OEE improvements
• Compliance to external & internal Audits & assessments>Compliance to safety and 5S norms at workplace
• Execute Analysis & action's to reduce quality rejections due to machine technical reason
• Drive I4.0, Digitization & Data analytics projects

B.E (Electronics / Mechatronics)

Experience 6 to 12 Years

Capabilities required:

CNC & SPM machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic system and controller knowledge. Industry 4.0, Data Analytics, Digitization.

PLC/CNC Programming CS2000, MTX, OSA3.., Multi axis servo system, Vision system, Technical knowledge of Stacking, torque system,greasing & laser marking system...etc
