Job summary

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) in Bengaluru invites a manufacturing/Process Engineer to own dispensing processes, tooling and fixtures. You will validate production readiness for NPIs and ECRs and coordinate line builds, installations and releases.

You will drive continuous improvement with 7QC tools, PDCA, PFMEA and DOE, and develop dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to analyze process performance while collaborating with development teams and lead plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in mechanical/Mechatronics with relevant experience.
• Experience with NPIs, ECRs, line release and installation.
• Proficient in 7QC tools, PDCA, PFMEA and CP/FPY improvements.
• Able to develop dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to analyze process failures.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing process knowledge and tooling/fixtures.
• Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPIs and ECRs.
• Design approval, line build coordination, installation, and line release.
• 2nd level downtime solving and guidance.
• Use 7QC tools and PDCA for defect solving.
• Implement process improvements: utilization, poka-yoke, CIP.
• Coordinate process and customer audits; support calibration.
• PFMEA, CP and FPY improvements.
• Develop new processes, templates and share knowledge.
• Benchmarking, localization and tool-life improvements.
• CT reduction and validation with DOE.
• Coordinate with development and lead plants for new products.

Job Description

* Good knowledge in Dispensing process and Tooling's /Fixtures

*Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR
* Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release.
* 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
* Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach.
* Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects)
* Process,Customer Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity.
* PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements.
* New process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & External)
* Bench mark, Localization, tool life improvement.
* CT reduction and Validation with DOE.
* Coordination with development and lead plant for process and new products.

BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Engineering
