Job summary

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Private Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks a Mechanical/Mechatronics engineer to drive dispensing processes, tooling, and line readiness for new product introductions and engineering changes.

You will coordinate design approvals, line builds, installations, and line releases while solving downtime and defects using 7QC tools and PDCA. The role emphasizes process improvements and DOE-driven validation.

Qualifications

• BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Good knowledge in Dispensing process and Toolings/Fixtures.
• Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR.
• Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release.
• 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
• Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach.
• Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects).
• Process,Customer Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity.
• PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements.
• New process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & External).
• Bench mark, Localization, tool life improvement.
• CT reduction and Validation with DOE.
• Coordination with development and lead plant for process and new products.
