Job summary

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) in Bengaluru designs and manufactures ECUs, BCMs and eMobility units, with a focus on production readiness and process optimization.

The successful candidate will own milling and plasma cleaning processes, drive PFMEA and FPY improvements, and collaborate with development and lead plants to implement new processes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PCBA Milling processes and associated tooling/fixtures.
• Knowledge of ADC laser cleaning and PCBA cleaning processes.
• Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI and ECR.
• Design Approval, line build coordination, pre-acceptance, installation and line release.
• 2nd level machine downtime solving and guidance.
• Internal and customer defects problem solving using 7 QC tools and PDCA.
• Process improvement: utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects.
• PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements; new process development and knowledge sharing.
• Bench mark, localization, tool life improvement; DOE validation.
• Coordinate with development and lead plant for processes and new products.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement process improvements for PCBA milling and cleaning.
• Coordinate with development and plant for new products.
• Support PFMEA, CP and FPY activities.
• Develop dashboards to analyze process failures (Tableau/Power BI).

* Good knowledge in PCBA Milling process and Tooling's /Fixtures

*Good knowledge in ADC Laser cleaning process and PCBA cleaning

Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR
* Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release.
* 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
* Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach.
* Process improvement. (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects)
* Process,Customer Audits co-ordination, Capability & Calibration activity.
* PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements.
* New process development, standard template & Knowledge sharing (internal & External)
* Bench mark, Localization, tool life improvement.
* CT reduction and Validation with DOE.
* Coordination with development and lead plant for process and new products.

BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Engineering

Technical

Problem Solving Methodology with deep dive root cause analysis, DOE,PDCA, FMEA, Process Capability,

Ability to create and develop Dashboards (Tablue /Power BI) to analyze failure wrt his/her process.
As a specialist he/she has applied his knowledge successfully and independently. Has knowledge how to coach others.

Behavioral
