Job summary

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is seeking a capable Process Owner for Dispensing and PCBA cleaning to drive NPI readiness, design approvals, and line release.

You will lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate with development teams to implement process improvements across manufacturing lines. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, PFMEA, and DPW/DOE-driven optimization, with a focus on reducing defects and improving process capability.

• Knowledge of dispensing processes (Conformal coating, Glue dot, TIM printing) and PCBA cleaning

• Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR
• Design Approval, Line build coordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release
• 2nd level machine downtime solving & guiding
• Internal & Customer defects problem solving using 7QC tools and PDCA
• Process improvement (Utilization, POKAYOKE, CIP projects)
• Process, Customer Audits coordination, Capability & Calibration activity
• PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements
• New process development, standard template & knowledge sharing

• Good knowledge in Dispensing process ( Conformal coating ,Glue dot & TIM printing) ,PCBA cleaning process and Tooling's /Fixtures

• Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR
• Design Approval, Line build co-ordination, pre-acceptance, Installation & line release.
• 2nd level Machine down time solving & guiding.
• Internal & Customer defects problem solving by using 7QC tools and PDCA approach.

BE in Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die Engineering

Technical

Problem Solving Methodology with deep dive root cause analysis, DOE,PDCA, FMEA, Process Capability,

Ability to create and develop Dashboards (Tablue /Power BI) to analyze failure wrt his/her process.
As a specialist he/she has applied his knowledge successfully and independently. Has knowledge how to coach others.
