Job summary

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) in Bengaluru NIC region seeks a BE engineer to oversee laboratory operations and MAE maintenance, coordinating with suppliers for AMC and machine upliftment.

The role includes global budget coordination, test execution, and validation report release for RPP, localization and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have BE in Mechanical/Electrical, hands-on experience with electrical devices, SAS/SAP BOM handling, and strong skills in 8D,

Qualifications

• Handson experience operating electrical devices and equipment.
• Experience with environmental and corrosion chambers.
• Knowledge of BOM handling in SAP.
• Experience with 8D, FMEA, 5 Why and fault tree analysis.
• Knowledge of IN-HUB motor and electrical drives (AC/DC).
• Familiarity with design software basics.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Laboratory operations and MAE maintenance, coordinating with suppliers for AMC and upgrades.
• Coordinate globally for budget and machine requirements.
• Perform tests, analyze and release validation reports for RPP, Localization, QZ and process improvements.
• Interface with customers for validation plan finalization and related discussions.
• Support proto sample build, validation and S2C activities.
• Coordinate internal/external quality audits and IT in Lab activities; ensure audit readiness.
• BOM migration activity in SAP.
• Provide problem solving support to reduce internal IDC%.

Job Description

• Ensure the Laboratory operations & MAE maintenance (Suppliercoordination for AMC & upliftment of machine)
