Job summary

Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) at Naganathapura, Bengaluru, seeks a production supervisor/engineer with 3+ years BE or 7+ years Diploma in manufacturing.

You will ensure targets meet safety and quality standards, analyze losses, train associates, and drive 5S and quality improvements. Role requires hands-on leadership in daily operations, audits, and KPI delivery, with focus on Lean practices and SAP usage.

Qualifications

• BE/BSc with production experience required or Diploma with extensive production experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with safety and quality focus.
• Ability to train associates and drive 5S and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production targets with safety and quality adherence.
• Meet plan vs. actual, KPI utilization and IDC/QCD targets.
• Analyze loss contributors and drive improvements.
• Ensure workers follow work instructions and safety handling guides.
• Provide on-the-job training and multi-skilling.
• Drive 5S and quality improvements; conduct regular audits.
• Handle LPC process confirmations and daily audit/visits.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and problem-solving using structured methods.
• Lead daily meetings and manage shift reviews; maintain inventory accuracy.

Job Description

• Ensuring production target are met with Safety and Quality standard adherence
• Achieve Plan Vs Actual, Achieve KPI _ Utilization , IDC , QCD
• Analysis of loss contributors
• Ensure Associates /operators are working according to standards (Work instruction, Handling instruction, etc.)
• On job training for new associates and enhancement of operators multi skilling.
• 5s and Quality improvement
• Responsible for Process Confirmation _ LPC
• Conduct regular audits - layer process confirmation
• Implementation and adherence to the Quality Standard
