Bosch Group's RBAI facility in Bengaluru seeks a Mechanical Process Expert to oversee screwing, laser welding and final assembly processes. You will coordinate tooling, process validation, and production readiness for NPIs and EC changes, while solving downtime and defects using 7QC tools and PDCA.

You should have BE in Mechanical/Mechatronics or Diploma in Mechanical/Tool & Die Engineering, with strong knowledge of GD&T, SPC, FMEA, and capability studies. Tableau/Power BI dashboards are a plus.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge in Mechanical Process (Screwing, Laser Welding, Final Assembly) and tooling/fixtures.
• Prepare, validate and document production readiness for NPI & ECR.
• Design approval, line build coordination, pre-acceptance, installation & line release.
• 2nd level machine downtime solving and guidance.
• Internal and customer defects problem solving using 7QC tools and PDCA.
• Process improvement: utilization, poke-yoke, CIP projects.
• PFMEA, CP & FPY improvements; audits coordination and calibration.
• New process development and knowledge sharing; bench mark and localization.
• CT reduction and DOE validation.
• Coordinate with development and lead plant for new products.
