Job summary

Responsibilities include post-order technical work, liaison with customers, and collaboration with service teams for commissioning and lifecycle management of drive and control solutions.

Qualifications

• Essential Educational Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Electronics/EEE engineering.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in relevant field.
• Exposure to PLC, drives, motors, servo systems, and automation software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer accounts on technical aspects.
• Providing technical support to Sales for RFQ generation and risk assessment.
• Preparing techno-commercial proposals with required documents (Schematic, BOM, Cost sheet).
• Post-order technical work and documentation, customer approvals.
• Liaison with customers, CFTs/BU/Vendors through project lifecycle.
• Support with service team during commissioning and lifecycle management.

• Responsibility of managing customer account on technical aspects.
• Technical support to Sales to generate RFQ. Qualification & Risk Assessment of opportunities.
• Pre-Order working on techno-commercial proposals & required documents e.g. Schematic, BOM, Cost sheet etc.
• Post-Order Technical working and documentation, customer approval.
• Liaison with Customer, CFTs/ BU / Vendors during entire project.
• Support & participate with Service team in commissioning, product Life cycle management and retrofitment.
• Prove-Out concepts, prototyping with documentation.
• Continuous improvement on techno-commercial competitiveness of application. Promote Value engineering & Value-Addition to offer in light with Value Selling concepts.
• Develop & promote future technology / products / solution.
• Conduct technical trainings / awareness

Qualifications

Essential Educational Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Electronics/EEE engineer

No. of years of Experience required: Minimum 4-6 years

Preferred Knowledge / Exposure -

• Basic Electrical and Electronic Knowledge
• PLC programming knowledge in ladder language , ST programming Added Advantage.
• Basic Knowledge on Servo drives, Servo Motors, Basic knowledge on CNC, Motion controllers
• HMI programming , SCADA programming
• Basic knowledge on Communication protocols Like Profinet, Ethercat, Ethernet IP, Modbus, OPC-UA
• Basic Knowledge on automotive, Printing and packaging Industry Sectors
• Experience on working with Printing Machine and Packaging Machines.
• Basic Knowledge on Power Point and Excel
• Basic Knowledge on AC drives, VFD, Induction motor Working. Basic Knowledge on Electrical Wiring ,Basic Switch Gear Working inside Machine panels, Trouble
