Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking a qualified electronics engineer to manage technical aspects of customer accounts, support sales, and drive techno-commercial proposals.

The role covers pre-order qualification, post-order technical work, project liaison, and participation in commissioning, life cycle management, and process improvement. Candidates should have BE/BTech Electronics, 4–6 years experience in automation, PLC/SCADA/HMI skills, and familiarity with industrial protocols.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics
• 4–6 years of experience in automation/industrial electronics
• Experience with PLC programming and ladder ST
• Hands-on knowledge of servo drives, motors, CNC/motion controllers
• HMI/SCADA programming experience
• Familiarity with Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, OPC-UA
• Industry exposure to printing/packaging is a plus
• Knowledge of IT languages like C/C++/Python/Matlab/Java is an added advantage
• Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts on technical aspects
• Provide technical support to Sales for RFQ generation
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and required documents (schematic, BOM, cost sheet)
• Post-order technical work and customer approvals
• Liaise with customers, CFTs/BU/vendors through the project
• Support commissioning and life-cycle management with service teams
• Conduct training and promote value engineering and future techs
• Maintain project documentation and data in CRM/ProMIS

Job Description

• Responsibility of managing customer account on technical aspects.
• Technical support to Sales to generate RFQ. Qualification & Risk Assessment of opportunities.
• Pre-Order working on techno-commercial proposals & required documents e.g. Schematic, BOM, Cost sheet etc.
• Post-Order Technical working and documentation, customer approval.

• Support & participate with Service team in commissioning, product Life cycle management and retrofitment.

Qualifications

Essential Educational Qualification: B.E./B. Tech in Electronics/EEE engineer
