Job summary

AAP Hr Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking a candidate for Import/Export Documentation roles within a Freight Forwarding setup. The position involves handling import documentation, manifest filing, and coordinating with agents for BL copies and CFS movement, as well as preparing export documents.

The role requires awareness of shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, with the ability to track and update documentation throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Import OR Export Documentation in Freight Forwarding company.
• Any Graduate / Under Graduate.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers.

Responsibilities

• Import Documentation - Manifest filing for shipment.
• Check BL copies received from Agent and prepare job orders for CFS movement.
• Export Documentation - Prepare and verify export documents.
