Job summary

Aakash Polyfilms Ltd. invites applications for an Export-Import Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end import/export operations from PO to delivery in Surat. You will coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and lines to ensure timely shipments, prepare essential documents, and maintain compliance with DGFT and EXIM policies.

Inventory and warehousing oversight is also part of the role. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with customs

• Manage import and export operations from purchase order to delivery, ensuring timely clearance of goods through customs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for smooth logistics processes.
• Prepare and process necessary documents such as commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other export-import documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations and EXIM policies while handling imports/exports.
• Oversee import management activities including inventory control, storage facilities, and warehousing.
