Job summary

Weekday AI (YC W21) is seeking a seasoned Healthcare IT consultant for client deployments across Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai and broader Maharashtra. You will lead SaaS implementations for healthcare providers, emphasizing EHR/EMR workflows and interoperability.

The role requires 6+ years in Healthcare SaaS, strong HL7/FHIR/X12 knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management. Expect collaboration across teams and overlap with US business hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Healthcare SaaS implementations.
• Strong understanding of Healthcare IT systems and workflows.
• Experience working with EHR/EMR systems and clinical workflows.
• Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, FHIR, and X12.
• Experience managing client communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Willingness to work with overlapping US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee Healthcare SaaS solutions for clients.
