Responsibilities

• Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Analyze and troubleshoot healthcare IT integrations and data mappings.
• Maintain clear documentation and status updates.
• Support customers across Bengaluru and US business hours.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and IT teams for implementation.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of healthcare SaaS projects.
