CompUp is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst in Bengaluru to design, analyze, and maintain equitable, market-aligned compensation structures. You will work with People, Finance, and business leaders to plan cycles, model budgets, and advise on pay decisions for clients.
You will contribute analytics, dashboards, and governance improvements, identify pay disparities, and help refine Total Rewards policies across the organization and its customers.

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Sr. Compensation Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will design, analyze, and maintain compensation structures that support equitable, market-aligned pay decisions across the organization and for CompUp’s customers where applicable.
Day-to-day responsibilities include speaking with clients and understanding their compensation programs. The role will partner closely with People, Finance, and business leaders to support compensation planning cycles, model budget and headcount scenarios, and recommend data-driven pay decisions.
The Sr. Compensation Analyst will also contribute to analytics, dashboards, and insights using CompUp’s platform, helping to identify pay disparities, improve governance, and refine compensation policies and processes.
Qualifications
