Job summary

BiofuelCircle is seeking a Platform Operations Executive in Pune to help business and operations teams use the platform effectively and complete platform-related activities. The role reports to the Platform Operations Lead and plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day platform operations.

Responsibilities include training users, monitoring usage, following up, resolving platform issues, and conducting online and on-site sessions. Travel to plants and partner sites will be required.

The Platform Operations Executive will work closely with business and

operations teams to help them use the platform effectively, complete

platform-related activities, and follow defined processes. The role will

support platform adoption through training, user assistance, follow-ups,

and operational coordination.
