Job summary

BiofuelCircle seeks a maintenance-focused professional to manage asset and machine upkeep across its biomass network. The role involves deputizing at project sites for predictive and reactive maintenance of production equipment, ensuring uptime and reliability through preventive actions and spares management.

You will coordinate technicians, comply with safety regulations, document activities, and liaise with OEMs to maximize asset performance and revenue generation.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of production machines with predictive and preventive approaches.
• Ability to supervise technicians and coordinate field activities.
• Strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deputize at project sites for predictive and reactive maintenance of production machines.
• Perform predictive maintenance activities including commissioning, daily walks, preventive maintenance, and pre-production reliability repairs.
• Maintain minimum stock of spares to ensure peak asset performance and uptime.
• Supervise BFC service technicians deployed at biomass banks; ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Document maintenance activities, highlight risks, and propose proactive upgrades.
• Coordinate with OEMs to maximize uptime and asset revenue generation.

Key Purpose of the Role

BiofuelCircle aims to establish a Billion Dollar annual transaction volume on its digital platform by 2028. To get there, it needs to have >10,000 business subscribers and a reach to >1 million farmers.

The company has a unique business model that combines digital platform-based business with physical supply ecosystem. The Supply Operations function is a key element of the companys model, and broadly includes:

1. Aggregation Depots

2. Warehouse Network

3. Managed Biofuel Plants

The company intends to have upward of 500 Depots, 100 warehouses and 400 small biofuel manufacturing plants under its management.

What will Key Tasks be involved?

Asset & Machine management Network

• Deputation at BFC Project sites for Predictive & Reactive Maintenance activity of production machines.
• (Predictive Maintenance activity to be executed are categorized as Commissioning, Daily walk around inspection, Preventive Maintenance, Pre-production reliability repair & Preservation of Assets. Reactive Maintenance activity can be categorized as Trouble-shooting , break-down & major repairs.)
• Maintaining min required stock of spares for ensuring asset operations at peak efficiency. Solving day to day operational issues if any and reach short term and long-term performance goals in line with the organization.
• Supervising and coordinating activities of BFC service technicians deployed at Biomass banks.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.
• This position will ensure equipment life cycle management on BFC platform.
• Documenting all maintenance activities, highlighting potential risk and suggest proactive upgrades
• Close coordination with OEM’s and ensuring maximum uptime and revenue generations from available assets.
