Job summary

LeadSquared is seeking an Implementation Consultant to work with BFSI clients and internal teams, translating business needs into clear requirements and configuring solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You will guide customers through discovery, solution design, deployment, and adoption.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of LOS implementations, business analysis, or workflow configuration experience, with BFSI exposure.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in LOS implementations, business analysis, or workflow configuration roles.
• Experience working with BFSI clients or understanding of financial services processes is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured, scalable solution configurations.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple customer engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
