Job summary

Beacon.li is seeking an Enterprise SaaS Implementation Specialist to understand, execute, and automate complex software implementations for enterprise customers. You will work with customer requirements, SaaS configuration, workflows, data, testing, and go-live processes.

This role is ideal for someone who has spent time implementing enterprise software and understands what happens between a signed contract and a successful go-live.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of enterprise SaaS / B2B implementation experience.
• Hands-on SaaS configuration and data migration experience.
• Ability to work with data, APIs, integrations and testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into product configurations.

We are looking for an Enterprise SaaS Implementation Specialist to help us understand, execute, and automate complex software implementations for enterprise customers.

You will work closely with customer requirements, SaaS product configuration, workflows, data, testing, and go-live processes. This role is ideal for someone who has spent time actually implementing enterprise software and understands what happens between a signed contract and a successful go-live.

What You'll Do

• Understand enterprise customer requirements and translate them into product configurations.
• Map customer workflows, business rules, permissions, and processes.
• Configure complex SaaS applications and validate the setup.
• Work on data migration, data mapping, integrations, and UAT.
• Execute and troubleshoot end-to-end implementations.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to identify implementation gaps.
• Help turn repeatable implementation processes into scalable playbooks and automation.
• Handle implementation exceptions and solve problems that require judgment.
• Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization.

What We're Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience implementing enterprise SaaS / B2B software.
• Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise workflows.
• Hands‑on experience with SaaS configuration, implementation, or professional services.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, APIs, integrations, and basic technical concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical ability.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with both customers and technical teams.
• Comfortable operating in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Great If You Have

Experience implementing products in HCM, ERP, CRM, fintech, logistics, healthcare, payroll, or other vertical SaaS businesses.

Experience with tools such as SQL, APIs, Postman, Jira, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho, or similar enterprise platforms is a plus.

• You are someone who has seen a complex SaaS implementation from the inside, you understand how requirements become configurations, how configurations get tested, where implementations break, and what an implementation team has to do to get a customer live.
