Job summary

Daira Edtech is seeking an Implementation and Post-Sales Support Operations specialist in Hyderabad to manage the operational layer behind deployments, including setup, day-to-day support, escalation, and documentation.

You will work across schools and centers, coordinate with engineering when issues arise, and maintain SOPs and the knowledge base while ensuring smooth post-sale operations for client accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, implementation or operations.
• Patience with users who are not technical and should not have to be.
• Clear written communication — tickets, SOPs and handovers.
• Enough curiosity to find the cause instead of forwarding the symptom.

About The Role

Once a deployment is live, somebody has to keep it that way. In Implementation and Post-Sales Support Operations you will run the operational layer behind every account: setup and configuration, day-to-day support across schools and centres, escalation into engineering, and the documentation that stops the same question arriving twice.
