Job summary

Relatient is hiring an Implementation Analyst to join our Amar Tech Park office in Pune. You will configure, implement and support Relatient solutions for healthcare clients, ensuring excellent customer experience.

You will troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, and collaborate with Engineering to drive resolutions. Ideal candidates have a CS/BE/BTech degree and 2+ years in software consulting or related roles, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/BE/BTech or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in software consulting, product implementation or customer support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with software testing methodologies, SQL, debugging, and APIs preferred.
• Healthcare tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement and support Relatient solutions while delivering strong customer experience.

Your Role at Relatient:

We’re seeking an Implementation Analyst to join our team. Our office is in Amar Tech Park and brings an amazing culture where we focus on work that makes a difference.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients by configuring, implementing, and supporting Relatient solutions while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Troubleshoot application issues, gather technical requirements, and collaborate with Engineering and internal teams to drive successful resolutions.
• Manage customer implementations and support requests, communicate proactively, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely follow-through on client needs.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.E./B. Tech, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree is required.
• 2+ years of experience in software consulting, product implementation, customer support, or a related technical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of software testing methodologies, SQL, debugging, APIs, and tools such as Postman is preferred. Automation or scripting experience is a plus.
• Experience working within the healthcare technology industry is preferred.
