Relatient is hiring an Implementation Analyst to configure, implement, and support our AI-powered patient access solutions. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployments in a healthcare technology context.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in CS or related field and 2+ years in a technical role. Strong communication and debugging skills are essential, with familiarity in SQL, APIs, and Postman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.E./B.Tech, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.
• 2+ years of experience in software consulting, product implementation, customer support, or a related technical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of software testing methodologies, SQL, debugging, APIs, and tools such as Postman is preferred. Automation or scripting experience is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare technology is preferred.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients by configuring, implementing, and supporting Relatient solutions while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Troubleshoot application issues, gather technical requirements, and collaborate with Engineering and internal teams to drive successful resolutions.
• Manage customer implementations and support requests, communicate proactively, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure timely follow-through on client needs.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.E./B. Tech, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree is required.
