Job summary

Relatient, a leading healthcare technology company, invites a Lead Software Engineer to join our Amar Tech Park team in India. You will design, build, and deliver enterprise-scale software, mentor engineers, and drive technical initiatives across functions.

You’ll work with Java, TypeScript, Angular, and cloud-native stacks, shaping RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines, while aligning with Agile practices to deliver secure, scalable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, B.E., B.Tech., or related field or equivalent experience.
• 9+ years of software engineering with increasing responsibility.
• Strong expertise in Java, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Experience with monolithic and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and web fundamentals.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Maven and Gradle.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Git.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of software modules with minimal oversight.

• Design and develop UI/UX and backend APIs using full-stack tech.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define requirements.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, B.E., B.Tech., or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 9+ years of software engineering experience with progressively increasing technical responsibility.
• Strong expertise in Java, TypeScript, and Angular.
• Experience with both monolithic and microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, design patterns, and web fundamentals.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven and Gradle.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS, Docker, and Git.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
