Job summary

Relatient is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Amar Tech Park. You’ll manage and optimize Relatient’s AWS infrastructure to ensure stability, performance, and security for our healthcare SaaS platform.

You’ll collaborate with architects, developers, DevOps, and operations to maintain services and respond to incidents. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in platform or infrastructure engineering, strong AWS experience, and proficiency with IaC, CI/CD tools, and database

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in Platform/Infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with AWS-hosted healthcare SaaS is preferred.
• Certifications like AWS DevOps, Solutions Architect, Kubernetes are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure for stability, performance, and security.
• Configure IaC with Terraform to improve consistency and scalability.
• Maintain daily infrastructure operations and respond to incidents.
• Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines with Nexus, GitLab, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system health with CloudWatch and resolve incidents quickly.
• Secure infrastructure with patches and updates; ensure data integrity and high availability.
• Administer PostgreSQL/MySQL databases and support load balancing with Nginx.
• Write Bash/Python scripts to automate tasks and document configurations.

Your Role at Relatient:

We’re seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Amar Tech Park.

In this role, you’ll manage and optimize Relatient’s AWS infrastructure to support the stability, performance, and security of our healthcare SaaS platform. You’ll partner with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, and operations teams to maintain core services, resolve pipeline issues, and respond quickly to incidents.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Manage, optimize, and support AWS services, including EC2, SQS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Cognito, CloudFront, Fargate, ECS, and RDS.
• Use Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code practices to improve consistency, scalability, and reliability.
• Support daily infrastructure operations and elevate unresolved issues appropriately.
• Use DevOps tools such as Nexus, GitLab, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Service Catalog to automate deployments, strengthen CI/CD pipelines, and manage infrastructure.
• Monitor system health with CloudWatch and related tools, responding quickly to incidents and alerts to support service continuity.
• Partner with development and operations teams to diagnose and resolve pipeline issues with minimal disruption.
• Apply security patches and updates to maintain a secure, compliant infrastructure environment.
• Administer PostgreSQL and MySQL databases to support data integrity, performance, and high availability.
• Configure and maintain Nginx and Asterisk PBX to support load balancing and reliable VoIP services.
• Use Linux systems administration and networking knowledge to troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure components.
• Write scripts in Bash, Python, or similar languages to automate routine tasks, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, B.E./B.Tech, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience supporting a healthcare SaaS environment hosted on AWS preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes certifications, Azure Administrator, RHCE, VCP, CCNP, MCSE, CompTIA Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing AWS and cloud infrastructure services, including EC2, Lambda, Route 53, VPC, SQS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, Cognito, CloudFront, Fargate, ECS, and RDS.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, automation, and infrastructure-as-code tools, including Nexus, GitLab, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Terraform, Kubernetes, Service Catalog, Docker, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, and CloudFormation.
• Experience with incident management, pipeline issue resolution, patch management, logging, monitoring, alerting, and system performance troubleshooting.
