Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM specialist in Bengaluru to lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects. The role focuses on production planning, QM integration, and seamless data migration across PP/QM modules.

The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with MES integration, APIs/IDocs, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of strong SAP PP/QM experience with hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation/transformation experience.
• Strong expertise in Production Planning, Production Orders, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Capacity Planning, Confirmations and Goods Movements.
• Strong SAP QM knowledge covering Inspection Plans, Inspection Lots, Quality Results, Usage Decisions and Quality Notifications.
• Good understanding of PP/QM integration with MM, SD, EWM/WM, CO/FI and Product Costing.
• Experience integrating SAP PP/QM with MES, shop-floor systems and third-party applications using APIs, IDocs, middleware, etc.
• Strong experience with manufacturing master data migration, including Materials, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions and QM master data.
• Excellent solution design, business process analysis, testing, stakeholder management and deployment experience in complex manufacturing environments.
