Ratnadeep Retail Limited is seeking a Payroll Lead / C&B Manager to oversee end-to-end payroll processing across locations and units. The role requires ensuring accurate salary calculations, incentives, deductions, and settlements, while maintaining statutory compliance and robust HRMS configurations.

You will drive payroll analytics, reporting, and process improvements, coordinating with Finance and HR teams.

Role - Payroll Lead / C & B Manager

Responsibilities -

1. End-to-End Payroll Management

• Manage monthly payroll processing for employees across multiple locations and business units.
• Ensure accurate salary calculations, incentives, deductions, arrears, and full & final settlements.
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave, shifts, and employee master data.
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation.

2. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and applicable labour laws.
• Manage statutory returns, challans, audits, and payroll documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, auditors, and statutory consultants.

3. HRMS / ERP Management

• Hands-on experience in Darwinbox is preferred.
• Experience with other ERP/HRMS platforms
• Manage payroll configurations, salary structures, employee data, and system validations.
• Identify automation opportunities and resolve payroll system issues in coordination with HRIT/IT teams.

4. Payroll Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare monthly payroll reports, cost analysis, variance reports, and payroll insights.
• Monitor payroll accuracy, employee costs, overtime, and statutory deductions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

5. Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management

• Establish payroll controls, SOPs, and standard operating procedures.
• Handle employee payroll queries and escalations.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and business stakeholders.
