Job summary

IKEA Delhi seeks team-oriented individuals to contribute to IKEA Food areas such as Restaurant, Bistro, Kitchen, and Swedish Food Market. You will address customer feedback, uphold food safety standards, and promote a joyful, sustainable food experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the daily operations of the IKEA Food areas (Restaurant, Bistro, Kitchen, or Swedish Food Market).
• Act on customer feedback and continuously look for ways to improve the food experience.
• Ensure global and national compliance and food safety standards are implemented and maintained.
• Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA and IKEA Retail Food, promoting a safe, healthy, sustainable, and joyful food experience.
• Support and apply retail foundations and sales steering tools to optimize sales and commercial results.
• Work proactively to exceed customer expectations and create a welcoming, efficient environment.
• Contribute to the unit business plan and IKEA Retail Food goals by supporting daily operations and teamwork.
• Take responsibility for your own learning and development, and contribute to building a high-performing team.
• Support IKEA’s sustainability goals by reducing waste, improving efficiency, and promoting environmentally friendly practices.
